      II.2.4) Description of procurement: CITB currently has approx. 650 colleagues, predominantly permanent. CITB Corporate Head Office is based in Peterborough City Centre, with Construction Colleges in London, Norfolk and Glasgow that deliver a vast range of construction training.

CITB provides annual training to staff in a number of areas and wishes to procure a Framework of suppliers to support this.

CITB require multiple suppliers signed up to provide options and flexibility. Framework suppliers will be contacted as and when CITB have course requirements. There will be no limit to the number of contracts that can be awarded and all organisations that are assessed as being suitable to contract with CITB will be required to sign a CITB Framework Agreement prior to being awarded any Purchase Orders. All prospective providers will need to agree and sign up to CITB Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions will be available to all interested suppliers as part of the tender.

Suppliers successfully appointed onto the Framework will be expected to
•Provide remote or office-based training courses for staff
•Have experience in delivering courses
•Where applicable have the relevant certification to prove their ability in delivering courses

The Contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months subject to review.

Further information in relation to the minimum service requirements and a definitive list of courses to be provided will be set out in the procurement and Contract documentation which will be available when the tender process opens in April 2023.
