The objective is to upskill individuals, SMEs, charities, and larger organisations principally from Suffolk and Norfolk though participants may also be from further afield – particularly where courses are being delivered online. The project is measured through certain auditable outputs including supporting groups such as those with a disability, ethnic minorities, over 50s and one of the overarching targets is enhancing the labour market status for women through the provision of specialist Leadership and Management skills training.
