Since 2018, this service has been delivered as part of Live Well Kent and Medway (LWKM). Porchlight would like to invite suitable organisations to apply. The contract will run from 1 July 2024 – 31 March 2026. The closing date for the return of Tender Submissions is 11.45pm on 25th January 2024.
