      II.2.4) Description of the procurement: The TRP Trading Company Limited (TRP) is undertaking a tender exercise in relation to the annual Hyde Park Winter Wonderland event. Interested economic operators should complete the NDA and COI via https://www.delta-esourcing to access the tender documents and participate in the opportunity. The Contracting Authority considers that the procurement of the proposed concession contract is governed by Regulation 19 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (as amended) (CCR) and the usual five-year limit on the contract duration (stipulated by Regulation 18, CCR) does not apply. The Contracting Authority considers the proposed eight-year duration to be justified by the scope / nature of the proposed concession contract which it expects will be necessary in order for the successful concessionaire to be able to recoup the investments needed to perform the concession, as well as to obtain a return on the invested capital.
