MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•The online product catalogue will display full product information, specification, dimensions, warranty and delivery information as a minimum
•Available Next day delivery on a core product range
•Established Consolidated billing is a minimum requirement for this contract where we received one monthly invoice and backing data that matches the invoice amount. This can be offered to multiple company sub accounts within the same company and will have full backing data showing product details, cost centre information and full cost breakdown.
•Real time stock availability. If core list product is out of stock the buyer will always be able to buy an alternative product there and then at roughly the same price point and spec.
•‘Retail like’ customer buying experience and seamless checkout process – with the ability to add extra items at the same time as ordering the goods
•It is important that the delivery of goods and installation / removal of old appliance has to happen at the same time
•Internally trained operatives and drivers, NOT sub-contracted out for core items (white goods / appliances)
•Dedicated account management that is immediately accessible and responsive for colleagues during working hours Monday to Friday
