      II.2.4) Description of the procurement: Weymouth Town Council invites proposals for the supply, installation, maintenance and operation of Digital Advertising Screens and the provision of advertising services on Weymouth seafront. The Council currently has 11 poster drums located along the Esplanade on Weymouth’s bustling seafront, plus one at Lodmoor Country Park. These areas benefit from high footfall from both local residents and visitors to the area. Through this contract the Council intends to replace the existing poster drums with digital advertising screens. This will be a concession contract whereby the Supplier will enter into a rent paying license with the Council. The initial contract term is five years with options to extend for up to a further five years.
