Arc require a single supplier for a seamless delivery, and the main elements covered by this Contract will be:

 Servicing of Goods and Passenger Lifts to an identified service schedule
 Servicing of Personal DDA fixed Hoists, and Hydraulic baby changing lifts to an identified service schedule.
 Emergency Breakdown response (Autodial)— 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 General repairs and maintenance associated with the above.

The contract will be for an initial 2-year period with the option to extend for a further four 1-year periods (2+1+1+1+1) at the discretion of Arc Partnership.

The award criteria is based on 30% price and 70% quality.
