All external landscaping including car park, car charging points, cycle storage & the civils work required to install a new substation are included in the package of works.

The exercise is a precursor to a formal procurement procedure expected to be carried out by Graven Hill in quarter 2 (1) 2024 which will comply with Public Procurement legislation.
