The proposed works comprise the removal and replacement of the podium level waterproofing system including minor ancillary works such as small power and electrical, glass lightwells and walkway replacements. The building is a purpose-built residential block consisting of multiple main entrances at ground floor, a rear courtyard, with ground floor commercial units, including Newlon Group’s head offices. The client is seeking tenders to enter into a JCT Intermediate Contract 2016 with Contractor’s Design.
