Following desktop research, only one possible supplier was found that are able to cover Torus' requirements of: * 1,500 samples per month, * with a 24-48hr turnaround, * based in our area of operation (Merseyside/North West). This was followed by an open Soft Market Test in December 2023. Whilst we did recieve one reply, they were unable to meet our capacity requirements. Therefore, we propose to award a 2 year contract to the only supplier we can identify who can meet our requirements - North Star Enviromental Ltd.
