This was for the delivery of Post Claims Assurance (PCA) Services. PCA will aim to provide assurance that Lenders have claimed in line with the Guarantee Agreement (GA), and/or add to the evidence base, to allow challenge and potential offset or reimbursement of incorrectly made claims. The PCA project will develop a systematic risk-based process to identify a population of claims settled by Department for Business and Trade (DBT) under the terms of the GA.
