The successful Contractor shall deliver a high-quality service offering value for money to residents and also provide and secure continuous improvements across all of the works.    On 1st October 2023 Network Homes Limited and Sovereign Housing Association Limited merged to form Sovereign Network Group (SNG), Network Homes Limited changed its name to Sovereign Network Homes and is now a subsidiary of SNG. On 1st April 2025, we will merge fully to become Sovereign Network Group. This new contract will be tendered and awarded in the name of SNH, however this will be novated to SNG and made available to the wider group.
