4. Description: Catering services. The LLDC is seeking to appoint one tenant to occupy and operate and maintain the Timber Lodge café in the north of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and provide a café facility, toilet accommodation, outdoor seating, use of a private lawn and a flexible and divisible space for hospitality, meetings, community events, local/cultural programming, recreational and healthy living programmes and private hire.
The LLDC objective is to appoint a supplier with significant experience of operating cafes with an ability to make the Timber Lodge café a popular destination for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as well as effectively running and managing the whole building including café, flexible space and toilet areas together.
