The contractor must also seek out and follow any specific maintenance recommendations that are made by the manufacturer/Places for People of each asset (including modernised equipment) to ensure that the safety and technical aspects are covered without compromise to the equipment or the user. The successful supplier will be expected to verify and update the asset register detailing the fire safety specialisms on each site as part of the service and maintenance programme
