The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk (the Council), is working in partnership with Lovell Partnerships Ltd to deliver new housing throughout West Norfolk. Included within these proposals are plans to construct blocks of flats that will be occupied by private homeowners, tenants of West Norfolk Housing Ltd (the authorities Private Rental Accommodation company), and tenants of West Norfolk Housing Company (the authorities wholly owned registered housing provider.
The Council is inviting experienced Managing Agent / Block Management companies to tender for the provision of block management service to manage communal spaces, external areas and undertake other management company functions.
