   II.1.4) Short Description: The Contracting Authority London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) wishes to secure a new operator or operators to undertake a 10 year operation and maintenance lease (with an option to extend for between 3 and 5 years) for the ArcelorMittal Orbit and Podium Café located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London. The venue leases are separate and suppliers are able to submit an individual tender for either the ArcelorMittal Orbit or the Podium Café or a combined tender for both the two venues.

VII.2) Other additional information: The Contracting Authority has changed the term of the Lease term for the ArcelorMittal Orbit and the Podium Café to an initial term of 10 years with a renewal option of between 3 and 5 years.
