The Danes camp service delivery is unique for the following reasons 1.The local relationship provides continuity of care therefore decisions are made then and there and no need for another follow up prior to treatment. 2.All the procedures come back to NGH for follow up. 3.The trust can view the NGH OCT scans from Danes Camp hence much easier to make decisions. 4.The clinicians can access Medi viewer and ICE results therefore no need for patients to have too many follow up appointments.
