II.2.4) Description of procurement: The average number of magazines printed in 2018-2019 was between 90K-120K copies, although no guarantee of volume is made.
We are looking for a publisher who can design, produce all content, and deliver the production of the magazine to the best quality, but also coordinate advertising sales and facilitate the printing and delivery of the V&A Magazine to the V&A Membership’s mailing house. This may also include the production and print - or co-ordination of - advertising inserts, leaflets, and vouchers.
The successful contractor/publisher should drive the following three outcomes:
1. Enticing Design
2. Economic Benefits for the V&A through a percentage share of advertising profits
3. Transparency regarding the cost of design and production of the magazine
