The Works will include:
•Installation of a full height and length 60-minute fire blanket to the wall between Nirex and Core Store on the Nirex side of the wall.
•Installation of a 60-minute fire blanket over the 5nr metal cladding sections to the wall between Tray Store and Nirex on the Nirex side of wall.
•Installation of a 60-minute fire blanket at roof level to fill the gaps full length of wall between Tray Store and Nirex on the Nirex side of the wall.
•Installation of a full height fire blanket to the open section at the right-hand end of the wall between Tray Store and Nirex on the Nirex side of the wall, extending along the external wall at high level to cover the windows up to the Core Store wall.
•Replacement of 4nr roller shutter doors.
•Replacement of existing 13nr single timber doorsets; 6nr leaf & half doorsets; and 2nr double doorsets, including all frames, overpanels and ironmongery etc.
•6nr new fire rated enclosures including new doorsets to electrical equipment i.e., distribution boards etc.
•Alterations to 1nr existing door opening, including installation of new doorset.
