Lifts, ceiling track hoists, bath and stretchers complying with:

1)BS 5900:2012 Powered homelifts with partially enclosed carriers and no liftway enclosures.
2)BS 5965:1980 Specification for manually driven balanced personal home lifts.
3)BS 6440:2011 Powered vertical lifting platforms having non-enclosed or partially enclosed liftways intended for use by persons with impaired mobility - specification.
4)BS5776:1996 Specification for powered stairlifts

All work must comply with BS7255:2012 code of practice for Safe Working on Lifts and BS EN ISO 10535:2006 Hoists for the transfer of disabled persons.

These visits are to be within the months shown in the Schedule of Properties – Schedule 2 and shall not lapse the date given. Inspections are permitted to be undertaken up to 2 weeks early.
