      Electrical services. Repair and maintenance services of electrical machinery, apparatus and associated equipment. Wolverhampton Homes requires an established, suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to:•Provide Electrical Periodic Testing to various non-domestic areas in different types of buildings throughout the City.•Provide Portable and Fixed Appliance Testing at various locations throughout the City.•Carry out remedial works following the testing of installations.The Contractor must be registered as a member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) or equivalent approved body.All Tenderers must hold a relevant Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) certificate which includes Construction Contractor, Principal Contractor , CDMC, Designer, Group and Non-Construction as part of the SSIP audit. Please see www.ssip.org.uk for more details of the relevant schemes. All Tenderers must be registered on Constructionline and have a Contract Notation of at least £50,000 in an appropriate Category. The term of the Contract shall be four years with the option to extend for annually for a further two years

      III.2.1)Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.
