The scope of this exercise is to select a service provider to provide University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust with a recruitment advertisement service, which includes managing and editing job templates for recruitment adverts, media selection and placements, making media recommendations to maximise response, and designing and supporting Trust recruitment campaigns. There may at times, be a request for creative input or advertising design requests as well as designing recruitment campaigns to support with overseas recruitment projects.
