      World wide web WWW site design services. The V&A is the world’s leading museum of art and design with collections unrivalled in their scope and diversity. We need a digital presence that befits our global reputation, one that puts our online visitors at its heart. We are looking for suppliers with expertise in both user experience and brand experience that can deliver a range of improvements to www.vam.ac.uk and other online services. This work will address two questions: 1. How can we give our users a better, more seamless online experience, one that is as good as a visit to our buildings? 2. How can we bring our online brand to life, and have a more visually consistent and less fragmented online presence? We have up to £140,000 (excluding VAT) available for the first phase of a digital development project, to be completed by March 2015. Further phases are anticipated. An open meeting has been arranged for suppliers to attend to hear more about the requirements and to ask questions. Details for this open meeting are provided in the Request for Proposal documents.
