      II.1.4) Short description: SCAPE, on behalf of Arc Partnership (the Client), are seeking to set up a new Contract for the cleaning of temporary site and welfare accommodation, buildings and windows across various locations within the Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire areas. The Contract will cover all elements of the Client's business. The NEC4 Term Service Short Contract will be used to manage the Client and Supplier relationship. Applications are invited from experienced providers for cleaning services who can provide high quality, whilst using a customer focused approach particularly in the public sector.
