The aim of the housing support service will be to support young people to reach their full potential, develop skills for life, prevent loss of housing tenancies or accommodation, and access health and well-being services. The successful tenderer will deliver the service across 46 units located over 9 properties located in Wandsworth. The successful tenderer will be required to enter into a housing management agreement with the landlord of the property.
