II.2.4) Description of procurement: In 2018, Wandle commenced a project to replace the Academy Housing Management system supplied by Capita and the Ensemble service charge system supplied by Castleton through the Microsoft Dynamics platform. To date Wandle has delivered a Dynamics CRM and case management system. The Dynamics project has been successful through the adoption of the Agile development methodology which has enabled the rapid deployment of workflow processes. A tender has recently been awarded to complete the replacement of Academy for Rents Services (Rent Accounting and Arrears) and Ensemble for Service Charges through the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
The next stage of this project is to replace the HR and Payroll solutions provided by Select HR and Trace Pay with an integrated solution through the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
Please note that at present the payroll is outsourced with the calculations completed inhouse and then sent to Trace Pay for running the payroll. Longer term payroll may return inhouse and therefore the payroll requirements are based on an inhouse and outsourced solution.
