II.2.4) Description of procurement: This proposed procurement aims to appoint one suitably experienced and qualified supplier of services for persons at various levels of risk, or victims, of Domestic Violence and Violence Against Women and Girls, under one contract.
These services shall consist essentially in the provision of Refuge or emergency accommodation-based services and Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs). The services will be provided across the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough Council simultaneously, over the lifetime of the contract, in support of such persons.

Applicants who are unsuccessful shall be informed by the relevant Authority as soon as possible after the decision has been made as to the reasons why the Applicant was unsuccessful.
