| Description: | Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) are undertaking a Request for Information for the Provision of Reception Facilities for Inward State Visits, in London and Windsor. DCMS are looking for an innovative, efficient, cost effective replacement to the current structures that are used for all inward State Visits. These visits are hosted by Her Majesty The Queen, so it is essential that the structures are befitting to a Royal Ceremonial event. DCMS are seeking feedback from the market on the types of structures and delivery models that could be provided to meet the key Service Requirements. The State Visit structures need be set up in three quite different locations, both hard and soft standing and in certain instances has to be constructed over a low wall. The overall appearance of the structures used for all three locations needs to look the same.
