VI.3)Additional Information: Wandsworth Borough Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of legal services.
On 23rd February 2015, the Executive approved arrangements for developing proposals to establish shared staffing arrangements with the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames ("Richmond") (Paper No 15-100). Richmond is currently a member of the South London Legal Partnership (a shared legal service between four councils – Kingston, Richmond, Sutton and Merton (host). In light of the shared staffing arrangement, it is anticipated that Richmond may form party to this contract.
The contract is divided into two (2) Lots as set out below:
Lot 1 – Litigation related services; and
Lot 2 – Planning, Highway, Contracts and General (PHCG)
The Council is inviting Tenderers to submit tenders for one or both lots.

Any such action must be brought within the applicable limitation period. Where a contract has not been entered into, the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the Authorities to amend any document and may award damages.
