Metropolitan is inviting tenderers via an open OJEU (The Official Journal of the European Union) procurement process to provide a comprehensive Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning service to the benefit of Metropolitan and its residents in the East Anglia region for a contract period of October 2018 - September 2020. Metropolitan will award the contract to one (1) successful supplier for a contract period of this duration, with the option to extend the contract for up to a further two (2) years, reviewed on an annual basis.
