We are completely committed to playing a key role in addressing London’s housing crisis by increasing the overall supply, providing greater choice for Londoners and the wider rental market. Our aim is to deliver a high standard rental product that is professionally managed and allows us the opportunity to generate long-term income streams to invest in local priorities.
Folio London offers its rental properties to customers either furnished or unfurnished dependent on the customer’s choice but at Folio London’s discretion. The portfolio consists of a range of different types and ages of properties (older and brand-new developments) and is made up of studios, one, two, three bedrooms single or split-level apartments and three- and four-bedroom houses. It is estimated that 80% of the Folio London portfolio is currently fully or part furnished. Folio London buys furniture and soft furnishings for properties in two common circumstances:
1.Buying and replenishing furniture for individual properties on a day to day basis. This is to include fully furnishing a unit during the void period between tenancies or purchasing furniture for residents during tenancies.
2.Buying furniture in bulk for new developments (10 to 400-unit developments) to include the strategic planning of show flat interior design, furnishing and delivery.
