It also includes self-suppliers of woody biomass (both groups are defined later in this document).

The key aims of the BSL are to:

1) create a list of woody biomass suppliers who are selling woody biomass fuel that complies with the RHI sustainability and land use criteria; and,
2) provide access to a public-facing version of this list so RHI participants can purchase BSL authorised fuel in order to demonstrate compliance with the sustainability criteria set out in the RHI Regulations.
