      II.2.4) Description of procurement: Notting Hill Genesis (“NHG”) is seeking to award a Contract (“the Contract”) for the provision of an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to take on a long-term services contract to operate the heat network and provide heat services to residents at our Kidbrooke development in South East London.

Notting Hill Genesis and Transport for London (TfL) are working together in joint venture partnership as Kidbrooke Partnership LLP (KPLLP) to deliver the Kidbrooke Square development in Greenwich, London.

The scheme will comprise approximately 619 residential units and commercial units. An on-site heat network will serve the whole development once constructed, to provide heating and hot water to occupiers of the new residential and non-residential premises. Contractors appointed by NHG will design and build the Energy System.
