      Business and management consultancy and related services. to commission a supplier to deliver an eighteen month capacity building project to develop and improve organisational resilience. The pilot project will support between 25 – 30 arts and cultural organisations in total to develop their business models, specifically this will entail working with chief executives, governing bodies and stakeholders to review and adapt where necessary their approach and competency in income generation, asset management and fundraising. This pilot project will take place in two locations – East London and Birmingham. We expect the programme to engage with a diverse range of organisations of varying sizes and types.

At the core of the project will be a focus on developing and improving business resilience.
