Painting courts, and/or repairing fencing or installing a new fence and/or access gate; 2.Resurfacing courts, and/or repairing fencing or installing a new fence and/or access gate. Works will be delivered on a design & build basis under JCT MWD 2016/SBCC MWD 2016 and the Contractor will be expected to act in the role of Lead and Principal Designer.
