The procurement process is a two stage process comprising of:
Stage 1 - Shortlisting Questionnaire (SLQ)
Stage 2 - Tender and Award
Stage 1 will be used to shortlist the number of suppliers invited to submit a tender response at Stage 2 to eight.
The panel is for the sole use of the University of Lincoln and will run for a an initial period of 3 years. There will be an option for the University to extend the Contract by a period of 2 years in yearly increments.
The estimated total value range of the panel is between 1 300 000 GBP to 2 000 000 GBP over the maximum 5-year period.
