Leicester City Council council wishes to appoint a supplier who can provide an electronic system that must be able to match employees to internal vacancies as part of an internal jobs market. The system should be compatible with Corporate Executive Board’s (formerly SHL) assessment process and rank individuals in line with assessment scores.
The system functionalities must include: -
• Take an initial upload of data from the councils HR & payroll system
• Send automated responses based on the outcome of job matching
• Filter on a range criteria held in the system
• Have an automated shortlisting function
• Have a self-service website for up to 10,000 employees & and allow employees to maintain their own information
• Produce reports based on the information held within the system
• Send automated responses to employees based on the outcome of the job matching
The requirement is to include support, maintenance, software, implementation and training. All of the services are to be provided by the same supplier.
The contract will be for (two) 2 years with the option to extend for (one) 1 + (one) 1 +(two) 2 + (two) 2 + (two) 2.
