      II.2.4) Description of procurement: Objectives:
- To obtain a centralised DAMS to efficiently store, organise, manage, retrieve, and distribute digital assets at an organisational wide level. The system will allow users to catalogue, preserve, search and access digital assets easily. Application of meta data including successful rights and IP management of all Royal Armouries assets and third-party assets.
- To provide confidence that our digital assets will be stored securely within an access-controlled system that provides access to the staff across the organisation through a user-friendly solution.
- To provide means of managing and sharing digital assets produced by teams throughout the organisation and to support museum activity including income generation through the re-use of assets.
- It will replace existing functionality of the DAMS module within our collections management system; EMu, and various storage repositories. It will need to integrate fully to the CIIM which acts as a middleware for all other systems that utilise digital assets.
