It is anticipated that 4/5 contractors will be appointed.

Works will be awarded against capability, capacity and works already allocated to supplier.

There will be no guarantee of work or volume of work to be given under this contract.

It should also be noted that some work will be undertaken by Leicester City Council’s current maintenance workforce.
