Dacorum Borough Council wishes to procure a multi-disciplinary consultancy practice to undertake the following services.

Development Phase - Prepare and submit a Stage 2 Heritage Lottery Fund/Big Lottery Fund bid to the Parks for People grant programme, developing the activities and actions identified in the Stage 1 documents. This to include any additional comments received from the Heritage Lottery Fund as part of the Stage 1 application. It is anticipated that the Stage 2 submission will be made by 28th February 2014.

Delivery Phase - Following the outcome of the Stage 2 submission, undertake consultancy services for the delivery of the restoration project. A break clause will be included in the contract to allow for the contract to be terminated if the Stage 2 funding application is unsuccessful or the consultant does not perform satisfactorily during the development stage.
