1)Short Description:
The WHG is seeking to appoint a service provider for the provision of a childcare voucher ‘salary sacrifice’ scheme which will be made available to all employees who are eligible to participate in the scheme.
Under this scheme employees may opt to receive part of their taxable income in the form of childcare vouchers which can then be redeemable against their childcare provider.
The childcare voucher scheme offered must be acceptable to a wide range of nurseries and child carers and the vouchers should be available in either electronic or paper format. It would be highly desirable if the service provider was a member of the childcare voucher providers association.

Title: Cycle to Work Scheme
1)Short Description:
The scheme will operate via a salary sacrifice which means that the payment for the bicycle by the employee will be by way of deductions from gross pay over a 12 month period
In order to achieve this, the WHG will purchase cycles and associated equipment from a recognised service provider and will then loan them to employees as a tax free benefit provided that the employee uses it for a qualifying journey ie journeys made between the employees home and workplace or between one workplace and another.
The successful service provider will be expected to provide cycles and associated equipment (which meet current safety standards) directly to our employees or by means of vouchers which are redeemable across Scotland.
