      IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support. Gatwick Airport Limited is seeking a supplier to provide a replacement solution in respect of its CCTV video management application software and video storage used across the airport campus. The solution will need to function with the hybrid of digital and analogue cameras currently used and support the transition from legacy infrastructure to a fully digitised IP camera network. The solution will also need to integrate with a number of existing GAL applications including the door management system. It is expected that, as a minimum, the solution will provide a front-end control system and an effective storage platform that enables ease of access to stored images, ideally from a centralised storage location. It is expected that additional analytical software will also be required to meet the evolving operational demands of GAL.

However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.Although the Contracting Entity does not regard itself bound by Directive 2004/17 or the Utilities ContractRegulations 2006, it has decided to place this advertisement in the OJEU on a voluntary basis.
