Additional incidental requirements may extend to Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Sedgemoor and South Somerset. The Frome business centre’s main external clients are Knightstone Housing Association, Solon, Mitie 365, A2 Dominion and Ian Williams. Other members of the Spectrum Group including Spectrum Housing Group and Spectrum Premier Homes will have the option to utilise the framework and services provided for the respective geographical coverage as required. As such the lots are structured to meet the Group's needs, with the Framework including Lots for Reactive / Responsive Works Requirements, and Project / Planned Works. Each Lot will include trade specific sections, contractors may tender with the aim of being appointed to 1 or more Lots. The Sub Contractor and its supply chain may be required to actively participate in the achievements of social / environmental policy objectives relating to and in-line with the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 including recruitment, training and supply chain initiatives which are relevant and proportionate to this contract. SPC will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender. Candidates will be required to answer these questions as part of the qualification process. For candidates who are registered overseas, you will need to declare if you have any offences / misconduct under your own countries laws, where these laws are equivalent to the Regulation 23 lists.
