This framework is to identify a number of suitably qualified and experienced Sub Contractors who will be selected for inclusion to a multi trade contractor's framework to fulfil requirements for the SPC Exeter Business Centre, which principally covers the Spectrum Housing Group stock and multiple external contracts in Devon and Cornwall.
