DPS is managing this tender for the provision of Community Ophthalmology Services on behalf of NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (Dorset CCG). The proposed service falls within the scope of ‘Social and other Specific Services’ set out in the Public Contracts Regulations. Consequently, it is our understanding that any procurement prior to 1st April 2022 will be subject to the current regulation and therefore the Light Touch Regime will apply. The estimated contract value and contract term is inclusive of the contract extension period.
