•Design review and adoption of the DH Network to be constructed by the LOT 2 contractor and the review and adoption of the Existing Works together with the subsequent Operation and Maintenance of the entire Heat Network Scheme, which shall include the Energy Centre and all plant and equipment contained therein as well as the heat network installed by the LOT 2 contractor, entered into by CAEL and the successful bidder, using a bespoke contract for 5 years with the option for CAEL to extend for up to a further 5 years.
