This tender is being issued on behalf of the three nominated Local Authorities, however the awarding authority reserves the right for discussions to occur with Epping Forest District Council should they wish to participate in this building cleaning contract during the life of this awarded contract. Epping Forest have an existing building cleaning contract that expires February 2026, but with the option of a further 1 year extension. There is no guarantee that Epping Forest will participate in this contract but the option for this collaboration may be discussed with the successful contractor(s).
