      To purchase or develop to provide a minimum of 31 affordable rented, 20 shared ownership units, 82 open market units and 4 self build plots at Chaucer Way Plymouth as per the planning application 15/00858/OUT (as yet to be determined) Hybrid planning application with detailed proposals for development of 133 dwellings with two new accesses from Chaucer Way, associated car parking and landscaping; and outline proposals (with matters of scale and appearance reserved) for 4 self build dwellings

And simultaneously 13 affordable rented, 8 shared ownership units and 49 open market units at Nightingale Close Plymouth as detailed in the planning consent 13/02348/FUL. Redevelop of site by erection of 70 new dwellings with associated access roads, car parking and landscaping (demolition of existing buildings) Spectrum will be purchasing 7 of the open market units and changing the tenure to shared ownership.

Any proposal will need to demonstrate certainty of delivery with a start on site of May 2016 and completion of the affordable units by Jan 2018.

Offers for 1 site only will not be accepted and both sites must run con-currently.
