The current advertised structure to the scope of services no longer meets our business requirements as previously anticipated;
To mitigate the risk of changing the award criteria to suit current and future business needs the project team have agreed to cancel this procurement opportunity and re-tender with the intention to contract award by Spring of 2016.

The new tender opportunity will be advertised via OJEU and will continue to utilise the Delta eSourcing functionality so as to ease the administration of bidding again.
