      Mechanical and electrical engineering services. Measured term contract to undertake the service and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical instatllations and plant located within the Council's operational assets.

All servicing and maintenance shall be undertaken in accordance with SFG 20 (Standad Maintenance Specification for Building Services) published by the Building and Engineering Services Association (B&ES) Service Maintenance Group, and shall include carrying out breakdown repairs and low value improvements to plant and equipment.

The Contract will require the provision of a maintenance engineer in full time attendance together with the provision of a 2 hour emergency call out service and specialist subcontractor partnering.
